Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MathTab websites, applications, and services (“Services”) provided by MathLab Institute Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• For users under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to registration and use where required.
• We may refuse service or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

2. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features require payment through our authorized processors (including Razorpay). Fees, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Payment policy and Refund policy. Access is granted after successful payment verification.

3. Intellectual property

Content on MathTab—including software, visuals, videos, text, and branding—is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial learning in line with your subscription. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, publicly perform, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content except as allowed by law or with our written consent. You may not record, screenshot, or share paid course materials in ways that circumvent access controls.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others or our systems.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, or overload our infrastructure.
• Do not harass staff, instructors, or other users; academic dishonesty or misuse may lead to suspension without refund.

5. Service changes

We may modify features, content, or schedules to improve the product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Exam results or grades are not guaranteed.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or other serious reasons. On termination for cause, you may not be entitled to a refund as set out in our Refund policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific subscription giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MathLab Institute Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy policy describes how we handle personal information.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email.
