Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and digital access purchases made on MathTab operated by MathLab Institute Pvt. Ltd.

1. No-refund policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason once payment is successfully processed and access is granted, including partial use, non-use, change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction after activation.

2. Scope

This no-refund rule applies to:

• All MathTab plan purchases (including annual and other duration plans).
• Payments made through any supported payment method or payment gateway partner.
• Any add-on, upgrade, renewal, or continuation payment unless specifically stated otherwise in writing by MathLab Institute Pvt. Ltd.

3. Parent/legal guardian acknowledgment

During signup and payment, the parent/legal guardian is required to accept Terms, Privacy Policy, and this Refund Policy. By clicking acceptance and continuing payment, the purchaser confirms that they understand and agree to this no-refund condition.

4. Payment disputes

• Please review plan details before completing payment.
• Any bank/gateway processing issues must be raised with your payment provider where applicable.
• Unauthorized charge claims may lead to temporary account restrictions while verification is completed.

5. Contact for billing help (non-refund)

For invoice, payment confirmation, or billing support, contact support@mathlabinstitute.com. Support assistance does not alter the no-refund policy stated above.
